Hair grows in various phases, and only hairs in the anagenous phase can be removed permanently. So a number of IPL treatments will be necessary to remove all hair in the anagenous phase. The total number of treatments varies per individual, as it is dependant on a number of factors, such as hormones. On average about 6 to 8 treatments will be necessary. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The treatment will have best results when your skin is not to tanned. So refrain from sun bathing 2 weeks before treatment. Also stay away from the sun the first days after the treatment.
Hairs can not be waxed or epilated a month before treatment. Shaving however is no problem.
The first treatments will be given every 6 weeks. After that the time inbetween treatments can be up to 12 weeks.
